🍥GENERAL🍥
✦ You will receive what you paid for and we both agreed upon before payment.✦ All prices listed are base prices. Final prices are subject to discussion based on the complexity of the commission.
🍥PAYMENTS🍥
✦ Full payment upfront through PayPal invoice or VGen.
🍥REVISIONS🍥
✦ Up to 5 rough sketches.✦ 1 major revision during sketch.✦ 1 minor revision during coloring.✦ Any following revisions are subject to an additional cost. ($10/hr)✦ "Surprise me" services do not include revisions.
🍥DEADLINES AND DELIVERY🍥
✦ The default deadline is 1 month.✦ Rush deadlines must be negotiated before payment.✦ The high-resolution file is delivered through email or social media. Speedpaint videos will be shared on my YouTube channel.✦ In order to respect the deadline, if the client does not reply to the revisions within a reasonable time, I will consider it accepted and move on to the next stage.
🍥USE🍥
✦ the base price includes a license for personal use: profile picture, banner, wallpaper, print for domestic use.✦ monetized use requires a monetization license, which costs a 25% extra fee. it includes using the illustration in activities that generates profit in social media, such as monetized videos, livestreams and posts.✦ commercial use requires a commercial license, which costs a 100% extra fee (or more, depending on the scale of your business). it includes selling physical merchandise, digital products sold for a massive audience, paid ads.✦ crediting me is optional for personal use, and mandatory for monetized and commercial use.✦ if you are interested in upgrading your license, contact me.
🍥INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS🍥
✦ I retain full rights to the picture. NDA must be negotiated before payment. AI training, editing, scrapping or NFT using my art is strictly forbidden.
🍥REFUNDS🍥
✦ You may withdraw your vgen request anytime before payment. After the payment is done, refunds are offered only in case I fail to deliver the work in the established deadline.
